2. I bought a video from you…How do I access it?

When you buy a file, you will be asked to create an account. Make sure that you use a correct email address and know your password that you entereted. An email will be sent to you with links to your purchases. Just login, download, and enjoy!

3. I can’t download my purchase?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer as the browser. If you are using a MAC, you will need to use the “right click” hot keys to right click and hit “save as” and save the file to your computer.

4. Can I access my purchased files again say, if my computer crashes, or I lose the data somehow?

Yes, just re-login to your account and redownload the files. They are stored forever for you :)

5. I don’t like the video I purchased, can I get a refund?

No, once you have purchased, downloaded and watched the file, you own it. All sales are final on PPV video sales. If a file does not download or play, you can contact me at support@sarahblakevids.com and I will fix the problem & get you your file. Cases in which fraud is suspected will be reported to the authorities immediately.

Other Refund Policies?

Donations are non-refundable

Brand new tangible products that are in poor or unusable condition when they arrive may be returned for replacement. If a replacement is not able to be made then a full refund will be issued.

Used products such as memorabilia such as a worn bra and panty set, are also non-refundable.
